Adopt-a-Monkey Program: Dali
Often described by researchers as a “little princess,” Dali was born as the daughter of an alpha female in 2001. Although her group suffered much social upheaval during her first few years of life, Dali always coped admirably and has since become the alpha female of her group and a mother of four. She died recently, soon after her matriline split off from the rest of Abby’s group, but we have preserved her Facebook page.
